About the Role

Our Customer Service Advisers act as our ‘Brand Protectors’ if our Customers need that extra bit of support once they receive their new furniture, and we now have a rare opening at our Doorway to Value Store! As well acting as a true problem solver for our customers on the telephone, you’ll be part of a fun and energised team who are learning every day! It’s a challenging role in a warm and friendly setting with a great team to support you.

The Job - Is It Right For You?

The main purpose of this role is to provide an exceptional service to our Customers, going the extra mile to ensure they receive service worthy of a recommendation. We’re telephone based and provide workplace training to ensure your skills are up to date. There will be a level of administration within the role too.
